You must ask for an exchange within 3 days of getting your order.
প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পর এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে চাইলে সর্বোচ্চ ৩ দিনের মধ্যে জানাতে হবে।

We cannot accept exchange requests after 3 days.
৩ দিন পার হয়ে গেলে এক্সচেঞ্জ রিকোয়েস্ট গ্রহণ করা হয় না।

Any product from our stock can be exchanged.
আমাদের স্টকের যেকোনো প্রোডাক্টই এক্সচেঞ্জযোগ্য।

To ask for an exchange, message us on WhatsApp at 01317493708 with your order number and a photo of the item.
এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে 01317493708 নম্বরে আপনার অর্ডার নম্বর এবং পণ্যের একটি ছবি দিয়ে মেসেজ করুন।

If we deliver the wrong product by mistake, you must inform us within 48 hours.
যদি আমাদের দিক থেকে ভুল প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি হয়ে থাকে, তবে ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে অবশ্যই আমাদের অবহিত করতে হবে।

In this case, we will send you the correct product free of cost.
এক্ষেত্রে আমরা আপনাকে বিনামূল্যে সঠিক প্রোডাক্ট পাঠিয়ে দেবো।

If you choose the wrong size and need to exchange it, you must pay the courier charge for the exchange.
কাস্টমার যদি প্রোডাক্টের সাইজ নির্ধারণে ভুল করেন, তবে সেই এক্সচেঞ্জের কুরিয়ার চার্জ কাস্টমারকেই বহন করতে হবে।
